Newhaul Residential Pty Ltd

RDH completed the Ord Street subdivision development in Geraldton, on time and under budget for our client Newhaul Residential Pty Ltd..

The 28 hectare (Ha) site was filled and levelled to create a 29 lot sub-division, complete with subdivisional roads, footpaths, retaining walls, bollards, street signs, a masonry acoustic wall, and all necessary underground services.

Scope of works included:

  • clearing and grubbing,

  • topsoil stripping,

  • fill importation, placement and compaction, 

  • build subdivisional roads,

  • build footpaths,

  • build retaining walls,

  • install bollards and street signs,

  • install a masonry acoustic wall,

  • and coordinate all necessary electrical, sewer, stormwater, and water in-ground services

Together with our sub-contractors, RDH delivered the Ord Estate ready for construction of 48 quality homes in 22 weeks.
