    • Conduct site inspections to ensure that all work is being performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications.

    • Assist with procurement and managing construction materials and resources.

    • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, timesheets and safety reports.

    • Ensure that all environmental, regulatory, and quality standards are met.

    About You:

    • Minimum 10 years supervisory experience in civil construction

    • Demonstrated success in supervising and leading civil teams with clear communication skills

    • Ability to multitask and problem solve. Managing multiple conflicting priorities

    • Work closely and respectfully with the client representative

    • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations

    • You should have a full understanding of all safety, environment and quality regulations as well as being technologically capable, program savvy and responsive to the administrative aspects of the job role. 

    • Experience across Bulk & Detailed Earthworks, Drainage, Road works and major infrastructure

    • Have a high level of QA knowledge

    • Daily reporting and pre starts

    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

    • Ability to complete satisfactory pre-employment medicals

    • Satisfactory National Police Clearance will be required

    Education, Licences and Training;

    Providing expertise and quality outcomes to our civil & mining projects, ensuring assets are accurately serviced and maintained, keeping our large fleet running like clockwork⏱️

    Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical support role in ensuring the efficiency of our maintenance operations, coordinating service schedules, liaising with technicians, stores, project managers, site supervisors and all silos within the business.

    With over 350 assets and various civil & mining projects throughout regional WA, you will be joining a well established team who take great pride and genuine passion to ensure our site based projects continue to deliver quality outcomes for our clients and our employees.

    This position is based from our Operations / Workshop in Geraldton WA.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs of heavy equipment and machinery

    • Liaise with workshop supervisors to provide timely and accurate machinery status updates

    • Maintain open and consistent communication with supervisors throughout the service process

    • Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our projects as promised

    • Offer accurate estimates for additional work or repairs

    • Maintain accurate records of servicing, inspections, and breakdowns

    • Monitor equipment service intervals and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules

    • Prepare and process work orders and service reports

    • Order and track parts and materials required for repairs

    • Ensure that parts specific to repairs are allocated prior to work commencing.

    • Support workshop administration, including data entry, job costing, and reporting

    • Previous experience in a service advisor or scheduling role, ideally in the civil, mining, or heavy equipment sectors
