CBH Carnamah Temporary Grain Storage Facility

RDH was contracted by CBH to construct a Temporary Grain Storage Facility in Carnamah in WA’s Mid West in order to manage record-breaking harvest volumes and enhance supply chain efficiencies.

 

Project scope of works:

  • Construction of bulk earthworks pad and access roads

  • Construct pavement layers

  • Construct and install drainage

 

Construction works:

  • Site clearing and topsoil stripping

  • Cut to fill

  • Embankment construction

  • Rock excavation

  • Import of fill

  • Install drainage culverts

  • Form drains and sump

  • Cement stabilisation worksConstruct pavement layers

  • Install  signage

  •  Provide set out points for open bulkhead (OBH) frames
