Red Dust Holdings (RDH) are a privatly owned Civil Construction Company offering services Western Australia wide. Our Head Office is based in Geraldton WA, with regional offices in both Kalgoorlie and Merredin, WA. We offer a mature and appropriately experienced Management team, along with experienced administrators to report on project requirements. Our team of operators are appropriately qualified and experienced within the Civil Construction Industry.
Our three Trainer Assessor’s keep our operators up to date with the latest tickets and training. For nationally recognised training in Mobile Plant Operations, RDH partners with Central Regional TAFE (CRT) RTO No. 52789 whereby CRT will issue the AQF certification documentation.
Keeping up with technology is essential to RDH. To ensure a more accurate and cost-effective outcome for your project all of our Dozers, Graders and Excavators are equipped with Trimble GPS. We have two trained GPS technicians who are available to support the GPS systems and new site set ups.
At RDH we pride ourselves on delivering superior customer service and quality machinery. We have a support team of in-house mechanics that look after all of our servicing and maintenance requirements. They are available 24/7 on call and also as a hire option to support our equipment on site.
RDH can mobilise and demobilise RDH are Main Roads accredited for heavy haulage within Western Australia and mobilise & demobilise our full project fleet and camp.
Josh and Tanya, the Directors at Red Dust Holdings regard customer service and support as the key to a successful client relationship. This is a core value monitored closely at RDH – The team provide service and support throughout all facets of the construction process right from tender to mobilisation - on-site support - reporting requirements to client standards - to demobilisation.
To ensure customer service is always at the forefront of the business RDH have an Asset Manager and Operations Manager who support the project equipment and supervisors. They are both based in our Geraldton head office and are available on call 24/7 and are frequently on site carrying out site visits and inspections. Both Managers are supported by a team of Site and Accounts Administrators who keep the lines of communication between head office and site open ensuring items such as timesheets, training documents etc are tracked in an accurate and efficient manner.
